A Junckers 45mm BluBat batten system, the simplest of Junckers undercarriage systems was specified, offering a semi-sprung floor at a budget cost.
The system comprises of a 22mm press dried beech board secretly nailed to a kiln dried softwood batten with a continuous layer of 9mm thick special foam to the underside.
This provided a perfect multi-use floor with high ball response, and excellent step sound performance.
