As professionals we are aware of the benefits and features of many of these products whilst also being aware of the disadvantages and lack of value to others. The choice criteria will be vastly different between the end user and the developer and our experience enables us to meet both ends of the spectrum.
Our long relationship and 40 year history with leading manufacturers has led us to become approved and recommended installers to most.
To the developer this association enables us to buy direct and to that end negotiate best possible prices. We have adequate resource to meet programme requirements on major developments, coupled with a professional approach to good site practice and health and safety issues.
The end users requirements are very personal. We take into consideration that they may be inviting us into their own home and endeavour to give them the confidence to do so without reservation.
Our longstanding relationship with manufacturers stands us in good stead, many of who pass on our contact details initially for work within our immediate area. Much of our work comes on personal recommendation, and whilst it is always difficult to arrange viewing access to private homes, we can often arrange to pass on reference details of completed contracts and we have a good photographic portfolio.
Our surveyors operate nationwide and we happily arrange home or site inspections to discuss exact requirements. They carry a varied range of samples and can often acquire specific samples if requested prior to a meeting.
Their in depth knowledge of product availability will enable them to offer equal or equivalent products if required, to either improve on the quality of installation or achieve budget restrictions, whilst never compromising on overall quality.
All of our operatives are directly employed by us, have undergone several years of specialist training and are CRB checked for your added security.
